A simple Broadcast component allowing designated users send out a broadcast email to all registered users. This uses the website to send emails to users with phpMail.
Warning: if your service provider has blocks or limits on sending emails from your website, then you may not be able to use this component or you may have to request this restriction to be lifted from your account.
